ROC PASS & TICKET CLAIM

ROC PASS & TICKET CLAIM

How and when to claim a ticket
The Marriott Center in BYU's 85-71 win over Oklahoma State on March 9, 2024.

What is the ticket claim, and how does it work?

  • The ticket claim is a first-come, first-served digital queue system that is used to distribute tickets to fans for football and basketball.
  • ROC Pass holders who receive a ticket to the game will also be assigned to an entry group.
  • Time, location, and entry instructions will be emailed to you on game week.
  • You may always enter with a later entry group but never with an earlier one. If, for example, you get assigned group one, but you would like to sit with someone in group three, you must enter with group three. (Saving seats is not permitted)
How do I claim a ticket?

How do I claim a ticket?

  • Select "ROC Ticket Claim" on byutickets.com or on the BYU Cougars app and follow the steps to check out.
  • The claim will close once there are no more tickets left or at noon on the Wednesday of game week, (whichever comes first). If you do not claim a ticket by the time it closes, you may have an opportunity to get an on-demand ticket.
  • After you check out, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is not your ticket. Look for an email from BYU Tickets on Wednesday evening with instructions on how to download your ticket to your mobile wallet.
What if I claimed a ticket but can no longer attend?

What if I claimed a ticket but can no longer attend?

  • If you have claimed and received a ticket, but can no longer attend the game, you must return your ticket by kickoff time. By returning a ticket it gives other BYU students and spouses a chance to go to the game.
