Senior U.S. National qualifier ... high school All-American ... finished fifth at the Western Athletic Conference championships in the 200 back in 1989 and won the consolation heat in the 100 back ... served a two-year LDS Church mission ... in his first season back from a two-year LDS Church mission, Cutler finished third in the 100 back at the 1993 WAC Championships and earned Academic All-WAC honors .... also in 1992-93, placed third in the 200 back vs. UNLV, second in the 200 back vs. Utah in Provo, third in the 200 back vs. Air Force, third in the 500 free vs. Wyoming and fourth in the 200 back at Utah.
