  • Southeastern Swim Club & Hamilton Southeastern High School Head Coach (Fishers, Indiana; 2021-24)
    • Coached the club into one of the top-200 in the country
    • Led Hamilton Southeastern to top-10 state finishes
    • Coached numerous high school All-Americans
  • Carmel Swim Club & Carmel High School Assistant Coach (Carmel, Indiana; 2019-21)
    • Helped boy's and girl's swimming to state championships and national high school championship
    • Sent several swimmers on to the college ranks
  • Tennessee Assistant Coach (2017-19)
    • Helped Tennessee swimmers to a combined 73 All-American citations and 14 SEC individual titles
    • Coached women's 200 medley relay to 2018 NCAA Championship
  • Eastern Michigan Assistant Coach (2016-17)
    • Helped the Eastern Michigan men to a MAC Championship, women to runner-up finish
    • Qualified two swimmers to NCAA Championships

  • Served full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Belo Horizonte, Brail (2009-11)
  • Married to the former Jenny Connolly; eight-time SEC champion, 22-time All-American during Tennessee swimming career (2009-12); Jenny was inducted into the Tennesse Athletics Hall of Fame in 2025
  • Christian and Jenny are the parents of a son, Liam, and daughters, Olivia and Riley
