Played two years as a middle blocker and outside hitter for the Banespa Club team and two years for the Minas Tenis Club ... won a national championship with both clubs ... while playing for the Banespa club, his team won the South American championship as well as the state championship ... he also played on the National Team for two years ... named best blocker in the national championships and named to the All-Star team in the South American championship.
