• Played with the Nevada Gold junior team from 1987-1990 before moving from Las Vegas to Pleasant Grove
• 1988 and 1990 Junior Olympic and Lone Star Classic MVP
• 1990 Utah prep All-State, Co-MVP Region 4, 4A All-Tournament team
• 1989 Las Vegas prep All-Tournament teams of Southern Zone, San Marcos Invitational and Las Vegas Invitational
• Mizuno Second Team All-American
• 1990 Mizuno and Volleyball Monthly/K-Swiss First Team All-American
• Was one of three high school volleyball players to participate in the 1991 U.S. Olympic Festival

After BYU

• Signed with the Utah Predators out of college as the starting setter
• Played two years of volleyball professionally in Switzerland and Italy
• Member of the U.S. National Team 1997-2001
• Competed in theh 2000 Sydney Olympics
• Served as the assistant coach at Nebraska

Post BYU Honors and Societies

• Cougar Sports Magazine Athlete of the Year 1995
• Inducted into the BYU Hall of Fame in 2006
