High School: Four-year letterwinner at Mountain View (Toros) High School in Mesa, Ariz. ... Prepvolleyball.com Senior Ace, ranked as No. 41 recruit in the nation ... an honorable mention All-American as a junior ... trained with the U.S. Youth National Team 2000-2003 ... she was a first-team all-state selection as a sophomore and junior ... she was an East Valley Region first-team selection all four years, and was region player of the year as a sophomore, junior and senior ... as a freshman, she was second on the team in kills and digs, and in her next three years, she was the team MVP ... coached by Katie Roberson ... also lettered one year in track and field (2000) ... chose BYU over Texas and Utah.
