Responsibilities
Jasen Ah You is a results-driven leader and proven innovator in athletic administration, currently serving as Assistant Athletic Director for Football Academics at BYU. He oversees individualized academic planning and support for all football student-athletes, with a strong emphasis on holistic development, accountability, and excellence. Ah You launched the “Get Suited” program, rewarding high-achieving student-athletes with business suits through partnerships with Mr. Mac and Primo Golf Apparel, preparing players for life after football. He also partnered with Monovo to pilot an innovated real-time mental health support program, now on the cusp of expanding to serve all BYU student-athletes.
A relationship-builder at his core, Ah You has led multiple campus and community initiatives, including the Faculty Appreciation “Guest Coach for a Day” program and the now-university-wide BYU Athletics Trunk-or-Treat event.
