• Graduated from BYU in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science: athletic training
• Graduated from the University of Virginia in 2008 with a master’s degree in kinesiology: sports medicine

Prior To BYU

• Worked as Head Athletic Trainer at Norwalk High School in Norwalk, CT
• Joined the staff at the United States Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA in 2008
• Continued on as the head athletic trainer for USA Field Hockey

Mission

• Served in the Ohio Cleveland Mission including the Historic Kirtland Visitor’s Center from 2002-2004
