Posters will be provided. Fans can also bring their own item to be signed, but there will be a limit of one item signed per player.
BYU returns eight of 11 starters on offense, highlighted by starting quarterback Jaren Hall, All-American offensive lineman Clark Barrington and star receivers Gunner Romney and Puka Nacua. The defense returns all 11 starters while each of BYU’s specialists are also back for the 2022 season. Among the many defenders returning are starting linebackers Keenan Pili and Payton Wilgar, who were both injured during the 2021 season.
This year’s team will conclude its 15-session spring camp on March 31 as it prepares for its final season as an independent before joining the Big 12 Conference in 2023. BYU's 2022 schedule features a lineup that includes nine teams that qualified for a bowl game last season, including two that appeared in New Year’s Six games, and five programs that finished the year in the final top-25 rankings.
Diaper Drive to Benefit Refugees
Fans attending the Alumni Game and Team Meet-and-Greet can also help refugees around the world by donating to a Diaper Drive organized by BYU cornerback D’Angelo Mandell with the organization Lifting Hands International. Fans can drop store-purchased diapers in locations at each gate as they enter the stadium.
“I think we don’t understand how lucky we are a lot of times,” said Mandell. “There are kids and people who are missing the basic necessities, like a diaper for kids. They need a lot of things. I think knowing that people have less and less and that we can help them any way we can is important.”
