FEDERAL WAY, Wa. — At the conclusion of day one at the Zone E Championships, Mickey Strauss led the way for the Cougars with the highest finish among BYU athletes, placing ninth in the 1-meter dive with a total score of 671.45.

In a day that featured the men competing in the 1-meter dive event and the women competing in the 3-meter event, Strauss, alongside Chase Hindmarsh and Cody Dreesen, all placed in the top-20 of the field.
