Fans To Get Inside Look Into BYU Athletics

Brigham Young University athletics, in co-operation with Mitchell Productions and KTVX Channel 4, have partnered to bring Cougar fans an exclusive behind the scenes look into the BYU men's and women's sports programs. The 30-minute show-- Cougar Diary-- begins this Saturday, August 2, 2003 at 10:35 p.m., immediately following ABC4 News.

The reality-like program goes behind the closed doors of the locker room, to sit in on team meetings and gain the insight into the real X's and O's behind the games. All of BYU's sports will be covered in the unique style developed by Cougar Diary, including football, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's volleyball, women's soccer, men's and women's cross-country, men's and women's track and field, men's and women's tennis, golf, swimming and diving, baseball, softball and women's gymnastics.

Sponsored in part by Cougar Connexions, Cougar Diary offers a behind the scenes look at Gary Crowton's third year at the helm of the BYU football program. Crowton and company are poised and ready for a tough schedule which includes Notre Dame, Georgia Tech & USC.
