PROVO -- BYU Women's Soccer (6-2-1) will face its toughest regular season opponent in No. 2 Florida (7-0-0) this Friday night at South Stadium in Provo at 7:00 p.m.
On the year, the Cougars are 2-0-1 against opponents ranked in the top 25, with wins against No. 7 Tennessee, No. 14 Kentucky and a tie with No. 17 Michigan.
This is the first road game for the Gators who have defeated No. 7 Penn State and No. 19 USC at home and are averaging 3.29 goals per game.
The Cougars are coming off a 4-0 win over Gonzaga on Tuesday in Spokane, Wash., while the Gators defeated Missouri by the same score on Sunday.
Friday is Hogi Yogi and International Club night for the soccer game. Fans get in for $1 with a voucher that is available at any Hogi Yogi store and International Clubs get all members in for $15.
