PROVO -- BYU senior Aleisha Rose received her third postseason All-America citation for the 2003 season on Thursday when Soccer Post magazine named her a first-team All-American.
After leading the Cougars to the Elite Eight round of the NCAA Tournament, Rose has been named an All-American by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and an MVP by Soccer America magazine.
Rose, who was the Mountain West Conference Defensive Player of the Year, was also named a finalist for the Soccer Buzz Player of the Year and was a semifinalist for the Hermann Trophy, soccer's equivalent to the Heisman.
