The Aztecs of SDSU come to Provo with a 3-9 record in seventh place in the current MWC standings. They split their last two home games, beating the Air Force Academy by two, 52-50 and then dropped three-point 44-47 decision to New Mexico on Saturday. Two players are picking up double digits in scoring with Michelle Elliott's 12.4 points and 2.5 rebounds. Ashlee Dunlap is contributing 11.1 points and grabbing a team high 8.1 boards per game. SDSU shoots 38 percent from the field, 63 percent from the foul line and 36 percent from outside the arc.

UNLV
UNLV has compiled a 19-6, 8-4 record to date and are in second place in the league standings at the beginning of the final week of the regular season conference race. The Rebels will play at Utah on Thursday night before traveling to Provo on Saturday. Toping the leader board in scoring is RanDee Henry with 19.1 points and 8.3 rebounds per game. Two teammates join her in double figure scoring with Sheena Moore tallying 16.2 points and 3.8 rebounds. Junior Sherry McCracklin is contributing 14.1 points a team high 10.1 boards a game for UNLV. The team is shooting 45 percent from the field and 67 percent from the free throw line. Behind the arc they shoot 29 percent and score 72.7 points per game, while holding opponents to 61 points a game.

Series Record: 15-6, favoring the Cougars
Last Meeting: Both of these teams met in Las Vegas earlier this year in a game that was won by the Rebels, 77-64. UNLV has a 1-8 record when playing at the Marriott Center. The last time they won in Provo was back in 1975 where they picked up a 58-55 win. During the l league race last year, each team won on their home courts, but BYU defeated UNLV 66-64 in overtime in the MWC tournament.
