Public Invited to Attend Fall Camp

PROVO -- BYU Head Football Coach Gary Crowton today announced selected practice sessions during fall camp will be open to the public.

Beginning Wednesday, Aug. 11, fans will be able to attend morning practice sessions through Saturday, Aug. 28. Afternoon practice sessions during fall camp will be closed to the general public.

"We're excited to give our fans an opportunity to get an up-close look at our team," Crowton said. "I believe we have a great program, with great kids, and I want our fans to see what our program is all about."

Fans will be able to observe practice from the second-floor balcony of the new Student Athlete Building, or from the bleachers that will be installed on the practice field. Fans will be asked to enter the practice facility from the southwest entrance gate, which will be opened at 10 a.m. each day. Cameras and video recorders will not be permitted.

Should practices be moved to the Indoor Practice Facility due to inclement weather, practice sessions will be closed to the public due to occupancy regulations.

Following is a list of the 15 dates that morning practices will be open to the general public.
