PROVO -- (Oct. 29, 2004) The BYU women's softball team has announced its 2005 schedule featuring six tournaments and a total of 61 regular season games with 17 being played at Miller Park in Provo.
The 2005 season begins at the St. George Tournament with the first game against SUU on Feb. 4. Additional tournaments will be played in Las Vegas, Nev., Santa Barbara, Calif., Palm Springs, Calif., Tampa, Fl., and Sacramento, Calif.
Non-conference opponents include the likes of Illinois, Louisville, Oklahoma State, Hawaii, Kansas, Texas, Oregon, Oregon State, and Florida State among others.
Mountain West Conference play begins April 2 against the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. The MWC Tournament runs May 11-14.
