I chose track over other sports because: I love to be able to push my body to its extreme limit during races.

Before a meet I: Eat a banana and Power Bar and basically, I don't like to move around a lot-it makes me nervous.

How did I spend my off-season: Got a job and did fun, relaxing runs.

Who has been the greatest influence on my track career and why: My sister, Jessica. She has always believed in me and helped me realize my potential. I just love how excited she make me before I race.

What I want to be doing 20 years from now: Running in master races and winning.

Who is the best athlete I have ever competed against: Sonia O'Sullivan

What would I like to do sometime in my life: Go to Egypt.

My favorite TV show as a child was: Little House on the Prairie

If I could compete in another sport it would be: Basketball

My most memorable athletic achievement is: Running for the USA in 2005 World Cross Country Championships in France, where I served my mission.

What I like to do outside of track: Dance and eat cookie dough.
