I chose gymnastics over other sports because: It is fun and challenging.
Before a meet I: I just like to stay relaxed and calm. I like to listen to my favorite songs and make sure to leave enough time to get ready so I don't feel rushed.
How did I spend my off-season: training at my club, Aerials Gymnastics; vacationing with my family.
Who has had the greatest influence on my gymnastics career and why: My parents because they have been the ones to always encourage and support me. They have been with me every step of the way.
What do I want to be doing 20 years from now: Depending on where life takes me, raising a family or working - and definitely loving life!
Who is the best gymnast/team I have ever faced: Before college, Carly Patterson -- the 2004 Olympic Champion. In college, the University of Utah.
What would I like to do sometime in my life: travel the world.
One place I would like to visit: Australia
My favorite book is: I don't have just one favorite because I love to read! - Pride and Prejudice, Les Miserables, The Count of Monte Cristo, The Work and the Glory and The Book of Mormon.
If I could play another sport it would be: soccer, tennis or wakeboarding.
People say I look like: my siblings.
My favorite professor or most interesting class I've taken at BYU: Brother Bott.
What is my most memorable athletic achievement or moment: becoming a senior international elite gymnast.
If I had to give up all of my possessions except one, what would be the one thing I kept: my close friends and family.
Favorite scripture: It's practically impossible to just pick one, but one of my favorites is 2 Nephi 31:20.

My advice to youngsters: Dream big and find joy in the journey!
Interesting fact most people don't know about me: I can almost jump wake to wake on the wakeboard. I plan to do it this summer.

If I were hosting you on a recruiting visit to Provo, the most impressive thing I'd have to show you is: the canyon -- it is so beautiful and peaceful, especially in the fall with all the leaves changing colors.
If you could invite any three people to dinner who would they be: my family -- okay, so that's five, but we can share.
On the day of a meet, how do your friends and relatives follow the meet: They come if they can or they watch it on TV if it is televised. Otherwise, they get the results online and I call them afterwards. If my brother is at the meet, he calls my parents throughout the meet.
