On Saturday, fans are encouraged to attend the Maceys CougarTown Tailgate party, located in the parking lot just west of Edwards Stadium.
Maceys CougarTown Tailgate Party is the new name of BYU football's pre-game activities. The long-time corporate partner and participant in the fan-oriented pre-game event takes top billing of the event it helped establish and build.
"Having been a huge part of the tailgate party's success in the past, it make sense for Maceys to have its name synonymous with the event." said General Manager of BYU Sports Properties, Tony Jewkes. "Maceys has been an outstanding partner of BYU for years and this only solidifies the relationship and strengthens the pre-game experience for our fans."
The Maceys CougarTown Tailgate party will begin at noon on Saturday and is a free event held west of LaVell Edwards Stadium. The event will feature live music and fun, fan-oriented activities. Maceys will once again offer fans a chance to participate in the popular quarterback challenge, free product samples and a mini-football toss to conclude each event.

KSL News Radio 1160 AM and 102.7 FM, will continue to broadcast its pre-game show from the tailgate party and The Jersey Street Band will also perform live. There will be delicious food available for fans and many BYU student-athletes will be on hand to participate in activities for fans of all ages. The BYU Varsity Club will also host former BYU student athletes at the tailgate party.
