PROVO -- BYU opens the first round of the Las Vegas Invitational Friday when the Cougars host Jackson State at 7 p.m. in the Marriott Center. Friday's game will be tape-delay broadcast on BYU Television immediately following the conclusion of the BYU women's volleyball match against San Diego State. The basketball broadcast will likely begin between 8:30 and 9 p.m. MT.
On Tuesday, BYU Television and KBYU, channel 11, will broadcast live the men's and women's double-header games featuring BYU and Hartford. The women's contest begins at 4:30 p.m. with the men's game following at 7:30 p.m.
The men's game against Hartford is the second round of the Las Vegas Invitational. The men's team will then travel to Las Vegas for the final two rounds of the event. In Las Vegas, BYU faces No. 6 Louisville on Nov. 23 at Orleans Arena before finishing the Las Vegas Invitational on Nov. 24 against either No. 1 North Carolina or Old Dominion.
