PROVO -- The BYU women's and No. 5 men's track & field teams head to Nampa, Idaho, on Friday and Saturday for the Boise State Team Invitational at the Idaho Sports Center.
A select few distance runners from both teams will also travel to Seattle, Washington, on Saturday to run at sea level to try and get national qualifying marks at the Husky Classic.
The Boise State Team Invitational will start at 5 p.m. on Friday for the field events, and 7 p.m. for the track events. On Saturday, field events will begin at 10 a.m., with track events starting at 1 p.m.
The BYU women will be up against Boise State, Nevada, Utah State, Cal. State - Los Angeles, San Francisco State, Northwest Nazarene, Portland State, Cal. State - Dominguez Hills, College of Idaho, USC and Eastern Oregon.
The No. 5 men's team will face No. 6 Boise State, Fresno State, Utah State, Cal. State - Los Angeles, San Francisco State, College of Idaho, Portland
