A rematch between BYU and Southern Utah's baseball teams starts at 6 p.m., on Tuesday at Larry H. Miller Field in Provo.
Freshman lefthander Daniel Welch (0-0, 6.10) has been tabbed as the starting pitcher for the Cougars, who bring a 15-20 overall record into the game. Southern Utah, now 17-14, won the first meeting between the two teams this season, 18-6, in Cedar City earlier this month.
Following the BYU-SUU game, the Cougars ready for a three-game homestand returning to league play against TCU. Righthander Jordan Muir (2-3, 4.96) gets the starting nod for Thursday's game and lefty Jake Wortham (2-2, 7.11) will be on the hill for Friday. Both Thursday and Friday's games start at 7 p.m.
Saturday's BYU-TCU game will be televised live by BYUTV at 1 p.m., with righthander Blake Torgerson (4-2, 6.62) scheduled to start for the Cougars.
