PROVO -- Following BYU Softball’s fourth-straight NCAA Regional appearance, the Cougars announces their 19-game 2008 fall schedule.
BYU opens its fall schedule on Sept. 19 with the first of 11 inter-squad scrimmages. The Cougars will also play eight games against opponents within the inter-mountain west in preparation for the 2009 season.
BYU will co-host two fall tournaments with Utah Valley, and several teams are scheduled to compete including Southern Utah, College of Southern Idaho, York College and Phoenix College.
The public is invited to attend all home games, which will be held at Gail Miller Field. Admission is free to all fall contests.
