PROVO -- The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) and Eastman Kodak Company named BYU senior forward Ambrosia Anderson to the 2006 NCAA Division 1 Kodak WBCA All America Basketball Team Honorable Mention.

It is Anderson's second all-america award this year. Last week she was named to the Associated Press Honorable Mention All-America Team. She, along with Utah's Kim Smith, garnered the same honor by the WBCA, and are the two student-athletes to represent the Mountain West Conference. Anderson was named MWC Co-Player of the Year with Smith in March.

The 6-2 forward from Colorado Springs, Colo., led the Cougar team to a 26-6 record, the best in school history. Anderson topped the list in points (18.0) and in rebounds (7.4) on the BYU team, was named to the MWC First Team All-Conference, and was on the All-Tournament Team.

She is currently participating in the 2006 WNBA combines being held in Boston.
