Former Cougar linebacker and current New York Giants player Bryan Kehl will participate in a player chat on Thursday, Jan. 29 at 12 p.m. MT.
Kehl was selected in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft by the New York Giants, reining Super Bowl Champions. Kehl made his first NFL career start on Oct. 26 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also recorded his first NFL career interception in the same game, picking off a pass from Ben Roethlisberger for a return of 17 yards. As a rookie, Kehl ended the 2008 season with 31 tackles, including 22 solo tackles and one sack.
Kehl, a first-team All-Mountain West Conference selection as a senior, was selected by his teammates as the Cougars' Defensive MVP during the 2007 season. Kehl finished his senior campaign with 84 tackles, including a team-best 48 solo tackles.
