Game Preview
BYU will take on Nevada in the semifinals of the Las Vegas Classic on the Orleans Arena on Dec. 22. The Wolf Pack return three starters, including their top-two scorers from 2008-09, Luke Babbitt (16.9 ppg, 7.4 rpg) and Armon Johnson (15.5 ppg, 4.3 apg).

Junior Armon Johnson was second on the team in scoring last season (15.5) and first in assists (4.3). Both earned first-team All-WAC honors and Babbitt was named the WAC freshman of the year. Carter also welcomes the return of senior Brandon Fields, who averaged 9.4 ppg off the bench in 2008-09.
