PROVO, Utah - The BYU women's soccer team heads to the state of Oklahoma this week for one of its toughest matchups of the season against No. 2 Oklahoma State on Thursday, Sept. 15, at 7 p.m. CT and on Saturday, Sept. 17, they'll take on the University of Oklahoma at 3 p.m. CT.

The Cougars have won three of their last four games and are traveling with a 4-1-2 record. Jennie Marshall, Auna Doria and Colette Jepson lead BYU's offense with two goals apiece while seven other teammates add a goal of their own for a team total of 13 goals this season so far from 10 different players.
Senior goalkeeper McKinzie Olson is climing her way through the women's soccer record books as she looks to become BYU's all-time career shutouts and saves leader. She is 24 saves and nine shutouts away.
Oklahoma State received its highest ranking ever this week at number two and are currently riding a 9-0 record as they sit atop the Big 12 conference. The Cowgirls return 10 of its 11 starters from last year's team that made a run all the way into the Elite Eight of the NCAA tournament. It has outscored its opponents 22-2 this season so far. Krista Lopez and Taylor Matthews lead the Cowgirl attack with five and four goals, respectively.
Oklahoma has won three of its last four games and scored 11 goals in just those four alone. The Sooners host BYU with a 4-4 record and are led offensively by Amy Petrikin, Dria Hamtpon, Michelle Alexander and Caitlin Mooney on three goals apiece.
