BYU women’s golf to compete in the Causeway Invitational

BYU women’s golf is headed to Del Paso Country Club in Sacramento, California, to compete in the Causeway Invitational Feb. 26- 27.

SACRAMENTO, California – BYU women’s golf is headed to Del Paso Country Club in Sacramento, California, to compete in the Causeway Invitational Feb. 26- 27. 

“We are excited to compete and play Del Paso,” said BYU head coach Carrie Roberts. “It’s a great course with a great history. We are eager to compete and see how we do.” 

María José Barragán, Lila Galeai, Lilly McCauley, Alexa Udom and Sunbin Seo will be traveling to compete for the Cougars, with Berlin Long playing as an individual. 

BYU is the only Big 12 school competing at Del Paso, with the others being Hawai'i, British Columbia, Cal Poly, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Nevada, Sacramento State, Santa Clara, UC Davis, Weber State and Wyoming. 

Play will start on Monday with 36 holes and conclude with the final 18 on Tuesday. Scoring can be found at GolfStat.com
