No. 21 BYU welcomes Kansas State to Provo on Saturday, Feb. 10, for the first time since the two schools played in the first-ever game at the Marriott Center in December 1971.

PROVO, Utah – No. 21 BYU welcomes Kansas State to Provo on Saturday, Feb. 10, for the first time since the two schools played in the first-ever game at the Marriott Center in December 1971. Tip is scheduled for 8 p.m. MT.

Saturday’s contest will be broadcast on ESPN2 with Pete Sousa and Tim Welsh on the call. It will also be broadcast live on BYU Radio Sirius XM 143, KSL 102.7/1160 AM and BYURadio.org/BYU Radio app with Greg Wrubell and Mark Durrant.


No. 21 BYU Cougars (16-6, 4-5 Big 12)
·      BYU returns to the friendly confines of the Marriott Center after splitting its road trip to West Virginia and Oklahoma. The Cougars are 11-2 at home this season including wins over No. 24 Iowa State and Texas.
·      The Cougars rank second in the nation in 3-point makes and attempts per game.
·      Fousseyni Traore has scored 20-plus in consecutive games for the first time in his career following his 21-point performance against Oklahoma on Tuesday. Since being reinserted into the starting lineup, Traore is averaging 22.5 points per game, shooting 43.9 percent from the floor and 87.5 percent from the free throw line.

·      Cam Carter is the leading scorer for the Wildcats as the junior is averaging 16.0 points per game, shooting 41.6 percent from the floor, 32.9 percent from three and 82.9 percent from the free throw line.
·      Tylor Perry scored a season-high 26 points in the Wildcats' win over KU on Monday. The transfer from North Texas is averaging 15.1 points per game and ranks 14th in the nation in free throw percentage, shooting 90.4 percent from the charity stripe.
