PROVO, Utah – No. 4/10 BYU women's soccer heads to St. Louis, Missouri to take on No. 23/15 Saint Louis on Thursday evening.
The game is scheduled for 6 p.m. MT and will be streamed on ESPN+.

THE COUGARS. BYU opened the 2024 season with its seventh-straight season-opening win on Aug. 15. The Cougars beat the No. 19 Wisconsin Badgers 1-0 on South Field. Allie Fryer scored her 20th career goal as the lone goal of the match, assisted by Erin Bailey and Addie Gardner, while sophomore goalkeeper Lynette Hernaez tallied six saves, including a blocked penalty kick, to secure the win. Following the win, Hernaez was named Co-Goalkeeper of the Week along with Oklahoma State's Grace Gordon.
THE BILLIKENS. Saint Louis opened its 2024 season with a home match against Kansas City, which ended in a 0-0 draw. The game was called early in the 72nd minute due to bad weather. Despite the tie, the Billikens outshot their opponent 12-3 in total shots, 5-0 in shots on goal and 16-0 in corner kicks. Saint Louis has all of its starting defenders and its starting goalkeeper back from last season
COUGARS VS. BILLIKENS. The Cougars and Billikens met for the first time last year, in the 2023 season-opener on South Field. BYU beat Saint Louis by a narrow 3-2, courtesy of goals by former midfielder Olivia Wade-Katoa and current starters Allie Fryer and Erin Bailey.
