PROVO, Ut - BYU men's cross country will compete at the Bill Dellinger Invitational hosted by the University of Oregon at the Pine Ridge Golf Club Friday afternoon.

"Our performance at the Nuttycombe Invitational showed we are fit," said head coach Ed Eyestone. "This week’s race will allow us to run all the men together to help sort out the ten that will represent BYU at the Big 12 Championships. It will also give us some additional race experience and confidence to take on Oklahoma State and their mostly international team at the conference meet."
BYU ranks second in the nation in the USTFCCCA National Coaches poll after taking the overall team win at the Nuttycombe Invitational in Madison, Wisconsin on September 27th. Senior captain Casey Clinger led the Cougars across the line placing fourth overall. BYU finished the win with 44 points.
