PROVO, Utah — BYU women's tennis is headed to California this weekend for its final two non-conference matches of the season before Big 12 play begins. The Cougars will face Fresno State on Friday and Cal Poly on Saturday.

Both matches will take place at the Spalding G. Wathen Tennis Center in Fresno, California. Fans can follow @byuwtennis on social media for live updates and visit byucougars.com for match results.

BYU Notes

  • Head Coach Holly Hasler is in her sixth season, holding a record of 64-48. Gabby Curtis, assistant coach, is in her third season.
  • The Cougars are 6-1 this season, including a 6-1 win over Colorado State last week.
  • Bobo Huang (5-0) and Kara Wheatley (5-1) are leading BYU in singles victories with five each.
  • The doubles teams of Wheatley/Li and Emilee Astle/Kendall Kovick are undefeated in doubles, each with four victories.
