PROVO, Utah — BYU women's tennis head coach Holly Hasler announced Saturday the signing of UCF transfer Grace Levelston. Levelston, a native of Vero Beach, Florida, will join the program this fall.

"We are thrilled for Gracie to be joining our program," said head coach Hasler. "She brings a wealth of experience from junior and professional play, along with a dynamic personality."

Before UCF, Levelston reached as high as No. 2 in the country in her recruiting class's rankings. She was awarded a WTA World Singles Ranking of No. 1073 and earned All-American status during her time at Vero Beach High School. Levelston also earned a UTR rating of 10.54 and qualified for five W25 ITF Professional Events in 2022. She collected back-to-back Delray Beach Junior Open Tournament wins and earned high school doubles state honors to wrap up her high school career.

Levelston joins the Cougars after spending the last year with the fellow Big 12 Knights. The freshman did not compete in any matches this season but was recently named to the Dean's List to complete the academic year.
