PROVO, Utah — The BYU gymnastics team faces Arizona State on Friday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. MT in the Marriott Center for their final home meet of the season. Nine senior gymnasts will be honored following the competition.

Team Highlights
- Freshman Addilyn Glazier scored a career-high 9.875 on bars against Iowa State, BYU’s highest score of the meet
- For the second meet in a row, Kylie Eaquinto tallied three scores of 9.8 or higher, 9.800 on bars, 9.850 on vault and 9.850 on floor
- Eliza Millar-Crossman tied her season-highs on both beam and floor, scoring two 9.825’s
- Freshman Deb Silva earned a new career-high floor score of 9.800 against Iowa State
- Silva also earned a 9.8 with her vault
- Chloee Hoke scored a 9.8 on beam, her highest score of the season since the Nashville Invitational on January 4
- Heidi Schooley-Meyers tied her season-high floor score of 9.850
THE COUGARS. BYU brought home its second-consecutive Big 12 win of the season, beating Iowa State 195.900-194.175 Friday evening. With a new season-high team score, the Cougars posted two event totals above 49, with a 49.000 on bars and a 49.225 on floor. With this score, BYU held its No. 31 spot on Road to Nationals and improved its NQS to 195.635. BYU will honor the following nine seniors following Friday’s competition: Sydney Benson, Anna Bramblett-Wilde, Mina Margraf-Benson, Olivia Matern, Heidi Schooley-Meyers, Eliza Millar-Crossman, Sophie Dudley, Melissa Earl and Karsyn Foster.
THE SUN DEVILS. Arizona State last competed against West Virginia, beating the Mountaineers 196.225-195.825 at Desert Financial Arena. ASU trailed after the third rotation, but put together a huge floor lineup to beat West Virginia in the final rotation. The 49.450 on bars was the highest event total of the season for the Gym Devils. The 49.350 on floor was the best floor score of the year. Graduate Emily White scored two 9.950s, one on bars and one on floor, tying her career highs on both of those events and winning the event titles. After earning a 10 from one judge for her floor routine, White notched a 39.575 in the all-around to win that title and notch a new season-high.
