PACIFIC OCEAN — Cruisin' with the Cougs, presented by Mountain America Credit Union, wrapped up on Friday after a week full of unique programming and engagement for 3,500+ members of Cougar Nation that's never been seen before.
The immediate feedback from those on the cruise, as well as from many missing out, was clear: there is a massive appetite for this kind of experience.
BYU Athletics will offer another cruise in the Summer of 2027.

There were plenty of highlights from the cruise, which included great food and entertainment along with excursions in Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta.
- The programming on the ship included various panel discussions featuring current student-athletes and coaches as well as a host of BYU Athletics legends.
- The ultimate programming highlight was a night of celebrity family feud between teams with mixtures of legends and current athletes and coaches who provided a level of competition and comedy that few anticipated.
- Performances and appearances by world-renowned celebrities in music, art and comedy provided a variety of entertainment beyond sports.
- The trip also featured the first ever international BYU Sports Camps as kids and teens got to learn from student-athletes, coaches and legends in soccer, football, volleyball, basketball, cheer and Cosmo camps.
- BYU Sports Nation also produced its first ever international broadcast on the trip.
- Sunday on sea was also a highlight, with a myriad spiritual programming that accentuated the ultimate mission of BYU Athletics, centering on the gospel of Jesus Christ.
