Chodur, Fuchs, Owen, Wells named to 2024-25 Academic All-District Team

Four Cougars were named to the NCAA Division I Academic All-District Team, the CSC announced this afternoon.

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Four BYU men’s tennis players were selected for the 2025 NCAA Division I Academic All-District Team. Cougars Zach Fuchs, Redd Owen, Adam Chodur and TJ Wells received the honor.

Athletes had to meet these criteria to qualify for the award:

  • An undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).
  • A graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as both an undergraduate and a grad student unless they are in their first semester as a graduate student and don't have an established graduate GPA.
  • The cumulative grade point average may not be rounded up to 3.50.
  • Compete in 70% of team-scored events.
  • Student-athlete must be a Sophomore or older
