The Cougars will open their season by hosting the Autumn Classic at Lakeside Sports Complex in Orem, Utah on Sept. 5. The meet is set to begin at 9 a.m.

Three weeks later, BYU will travel to Stillwater, Oklahoma for the Cowboy Jamboree at Greiner Family OSU Cross Country Course.

Concluding the regular season, the Cougars will compete in Pre-Nationals at Gans Creek Cross Country Course, hosted by Missouri. In 2024, BYU won the Pre-Nationals in Wisconsin with 105 points.

BYU will attempt to win a third-straight Big 12 Championship title on Oct. 31 in Lawrence, Kansas. The conference championship will be hosted by Kansas.

The Cougars will compete in the NCAA Mountain Regionals on Nov. 14, hosted by Utah. They will look to advance to the NCAA Championship to defend their title. The NCAA Championship is set for Nov. 22 in Columbia, Missouri.
