Backed by freshman Suli Davis' second-career double-double (11 kills, 11 digs) to go along with Claire Little Chambers 13 kills as well as Sophia Callahan and Brielle Kemavor's nine, the Cougars swept the Wildcats, hitting .333 to Weber State's .215.

Alex Bower finished with 39 assists, also posted five kills on an .833 clip, and Lulu Uluave posted a match-high 12 digs. Abby Hoybjerg, making her first-career start, led BYU with four blocks, tied for a match high.

Remaining undefeated, the Cougars are one of 12 teams in the country yet to be beaten, with Colorado and West Virginia as the two other teams in the Big 12 who have also yet to drop a match this year.

BYU and Mississippi State are the only two teams who are 10-0 in the nation this season. The Cougars' undefeated stretch to begin the year is their best since the 2018 Final Four season, when they won 27-straight matches to open the season.

Amidst BYU's unbeaten span, it had picked up seven sweeps, winning the last five matches in straight sets, including over then-No. 16 USC at LMU a week ago.

Following the Cougars' sweep of Weber State, BYU ranks No. 10 nationally in team hitting percentage (.305), No. 11 in assists per set (13.44) and No. 12 in kills per set (14.44).

Individually, Bower moved up to No. 4 in the country in total assists (376) and No. 7 in assists per set (11.06). Little Chambers' 138 kills are also good for 30th nationwide.

Preparing for their second of three in-state matches this week, the Cougars and Aggies get set for the 70th all-time meeting in series history.
