NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) recognized BYU women’s cross country as an All-Academic Team, while five Cougars earned individual All-Academic honors Thursday afternoon.
BYU posted a team GPA of 3.57 to earn the accolade, led by its All-Academic athletes.

To qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must post a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period. Student-athletes must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 and either finish in the top 25 or top 10 percent at the NCAA Regional Championships, or earn All-America honors at the NCAA Championships.
