PROVO, Utah - BYU men's track and field announced its 2026 outdoor season schedule on Thursday morning.

BYU will open its outdoor season at the Utah Tech Invitational in St. George, Utah, at Greater Zion Stadium. Athletes from the jumps, sprints, throws and distance groups will all compete.
The Cougars will split up the next weekend, with one group traveling to the Willie Williams Classic in Tucson, hosted by Arizona, while others compete at the UVU Collegiate Invitational.
BYU will then head to Texas for a pair of meets, competing at the Texas Relays in Austin and the Bobcat Invitational in San Marcos from April 1-4.
Distance runners will travel to California for the Stanford Invitational, held April 3-4 at Cobb Track and Angell Field.
The multis squad will compete at Azusa Pacific University’s Brian Clay Invitational for the fifth consecutive season from April 16-18. BYU’s jumps, throws and sprints athletes will also be in California for the Pacific Coast Invitational, hosted by Long Beach State.
To wrap up the regular season, the Cougars will host the Robison Invitational from April 29-May 2 at Clarence F. Robison Track.
BYU will then return to Tucson for the Big 12 Championships from May 14-16 at Drachman Stadium, aiming to claim its first Big 12 outdoor track and field championship.
Postseason competition begins with the NCAA West Regionals, hosted by Arkansas at John McDonnell Field from May 27-30, before the season concludes at the NCAA Outdoor Championships from June 10-13 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.
