STILLWATER, Okla. — BYU softball dropped game two at No. 23/21 Oklahoma State, 10-0 in five innings at Cowgirl Stadium on Friday night.
The Cougars (8-20, 0-5 Big 12) were retired in order in all five of the contest's innings, resulting in a perfect game for the Cowgirls.
Oklahoma State jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning, leading off with consecutive home runs before a bases loaded walk and two sacrifice flies.
The Cowgirls loaded the bases in the second and scored one during an infield groundout to make it 6-0.
Plating another in the third, OSU picked up a two-out walk, stole second and singled through the right side to lead by seven.
Oklahoma State finished things off in the fifth with a double off the right field wall, walk and walk-off homer to right center, ending the game via run rule.

BYU will look to salvage the series in a game three finale on Saturday, Mar. 21 at noon CT on ESPN+.
