- Mental Strength Coach for University of Missouri Athletics, Utah Valley University Athletics, Air Force Academy Athletics, in addition to working with individual athletes at every level from high school to the professional level
- Worked in Management Consulting for 6 years consulting and coaching executive leaders and teams for many Fortune 500 companies, including Mckesson, United Healthcare, Amazon, Walmart, JPMorgan Chase, Salesforce, 3M, GE Healthcare, Epic and Cerner, among others
- Worked in the Software Technology space for 4 years blending the science of human motivation with building technology designed to help managers be better managers and help employees feel more motivated and engaged in the workplace
Athletic Career
- Member of the BYU men’s track and field team between 2005 and 2009, Pole Vaulter
- Two time individual Mountain West Conference champion
- Qualified for four NCAA championships, bronze medal in 2009, All-American
- Competed professionally for three years, two time USATF championship finalist
