- Coached eight all-conference players that garnered four All-WAC First Team selections, two All-WAC Second Team, two All-WAC honorable mentions and two All-WAC Defensive Team nods
- Helped UVU to a 13-7 record in 2020-21 and a 10-4 conference record which marked the most conference wins since joining the WAC in 2013
- With a 2021 second-place finish in WAC, the Wolverines earned a bid to their first NCAA Tournament in program history where they matched up with top-seeded Stanford in the first round
