Dr. Natalie Kirtley is an Assistant Clinical Professor for BYU Counseling and Psychological Services. She began working as a team psychologist with BYU Athletics in 2017. Dr. Kirtley currently provides individual therapy to student-athletes and teaches courses on campus. Courses include: Life Planning and Decision Making, The Science and Practice of Positive Living, Performance Psychology and guest lectures for Contemporary Issues for Student Athletes. She currently works with cheer, Cougarettes, the dunk team, gymnastics and track and field.

  • Worked with elite performers at world renowned music conservatory The Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester in New York where she also began working with athletes and athletics staff as a liaison through the counseling center.
