- Teach technique and style classes to the Cougarettes
- Choreograph and clean pieces for "Cougarettes in Concert"
- Assist at football and basketball games (pregame, sidelines, during games, half times, time outs and post game performances)
- Help choreograph and clean Cougarette National Competition pieces
- Help to organize Cougarette specific events
