KANSAS CITY, Mo. – BYU guards Tyler Haws and Kyle Collinsworth were named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches All-District 9 Team Friday. The All-District teams were selected and voted on by member coaches of the NABC.

For the third-straight year, Haws has been named to the NABC All-District 9 First Team. Earlier this season he was named to the All-WCC and USBWA All-District VIII First Teams, also for the third-straight year.

The senior guard out of Alpine, Utah, finished his senior season third in the nation and first in the WCC in scoring at 22.2 points per game while also averaging 4.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game. He concludes his decorated career as BYU’s all-time scoring leader with 2,720 points.

Collinsworth, named to the All-District 9 Second Team, was also named first-team USBWA All-District and first-team All-WCC. The junior from Provo, Utah, proved to be one of the most versatile players in the country, setting the NCAA’s single-season triple-double record while tying the career record with six.

For the season, Collinsworth was second on the team in scoring at 13.8 points per game while leading the way in rebounding (8.7), assists (6.0) and steals (1.8) per game. He finished the 2014-15 season as the only player in the country ranked among the top 75 in rebounds, assists and steals.
