BYU hosts No. 8 Gonzaga on Thursday

PROVO, Utah – BYU returns to the friendly confines of the Marriott Center on Thursday, January 12, when the Cougars host No. 8 Gonzaga. Tip is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

Thursday’s contest will be broadcast on ESPN. Greg Wrubell and Mark Durrant will also be on the call on the BYU Sports Network on BYU Radio Sirius XM 143 and KSL 102.7/1160 AM.

  • BYU has won eight of its last nine games following a 68-48 victory over San Diego at Jenny Craig Pavilion on Saturday evening.
  • Atiki Ally Atiki was one of four Cougars to score in double figures against the Toreros as the sophomore finished with a career-high 12 points in 22 minutes of action.
  • The Cougars rank in the Top 20 in three difference rebounding categories: rebound margin (16th), defensive rebounds per game (18th) and rebounds per game (20th).
