PROVO, Utah – BYU track and field will compete at the 2021 NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships March 11-13 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Meet Information

The Cougars secured a combined 11 entries for the championship meet at the Randal Tyson Track Center. The women’s team has eight total entries, including a distance medley relay team, while the men’s team has three individual entries.

A breakdown of each BYU entry can be found here.

In its most recent poll, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association ranked the BYU women’s squad No. 8 and the men’s squad No. 16.

The Cougars’ last opportunity to compete at the indoor championships was in 2019 after the COVID-19 pandemic canceled the 2020 championships right before the competition began. Both squads placed in the top 15 at the 2019 NCAA Indoor Championships, the men took 13th and the women finished 14th overall.
