PROVO, Utah - The University Photographers’ Association of America honored BYU photographer Mark A. Philbrick for a picture taken for the softball team.
His photo of senior JC Clayton from Hollister, Calif., sliding into home won honorable mention in the Sports Feature category. The photo was used as a game day poster during the 2013 season. Philbrick and his colleagues at BYU Photo also took home awards in five other categories.
