IN THE RANKINGS. BYU moved up to No. 12 this week, its highest ranking so far this season in the NCAA DI women's soccer poll. Additionally, BYU is ranked No. 24 in the Top Drawer Soccer college soccer national ranking.

LAST TIME ON THE FIELD.  On Wednesday, the Cougars defeated the University of San Francisco 3-1 in a rainy match at San Francisco to remain undefeated in conference play. Bella Folino scored early in the fourth minute of the match off a cross from Cameron Tucker. Tucker’s assist would be the only one of the night from either team. Mikayla Colohan scored the second goal in minute 35 after two quick attempts, sending her to a tie at fourth all-time in goals with 47, alongside Ashley Hatch. The Cougars also scored early in the second half, with a goal from Tucker just 10 seconds in. San Francisco answered with a goal by Marissa Vasquez only 15 seconds later at the 45:25 minute mark to take the score to 3-1. The Cougars have scored 28 goals in conference play, and have only allowed three from their WCC opponents, in the five games.

WCC WEEKLY AWARDS. Colohan won this week's West Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week award on Monday. This award marked the fifth WCC weekly honor collected by BYU for the 2021 season and fifth-ever individual career honor for Colohan. Colohan is first in points (34), first in assists (12) and first in goals (11) in the WCC.
